The following refund policy applies to all services provided by Awesome Maid LLC, including short-term rental cleaning, commercial and residential cleaning, both one-time and recurring. 1. REFUND OR NO CHARGE REQUEST If, for any reason, the customer is not completely satisfied with the service received, they will not be charged for that service. If the service has already been paid for, Awesome Maid LLC will proceed with a full refund within a reasonable time frame, using the same payment method originally used. The customer must notify us of their dissatisfaction within 24 hours of the service being provided, explaining the reasons for their complaint. The company may offer an alternative solution, such as repeating the service or correcting it at no additional cost, before proceeding with a refund or exemption from payment.
2. EXCLUSIONS This policy shall apply only to situations directly related to the quality or performance of the service. No refunds or waivers will be granted in the following cases:•When the property is unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the scope of the contracted service.•When the customer modifies or cancels the appointment without complying with the established deadlines or procedures.•When the service has been completed in accordance with the agreed specifications and the dissatisfaction is due to personal preferences not previously communicated.
3. EVALUATION AND RESOLUTION Awesome Maid LLC reserves the right to verify the validity of each request and may require evidence, such as photographs or comments, to support the claim. All requests will be evaluated in good faith, seeking a fair and reasonable solution for both parties.
4. SCOPE This policy is part of the terms and conditions governing the provision of services by Awesome Maid LLC and reflects the company's commitment to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. By contracting any service, the customer accepts the terms of this policy and acknowledges that its application is limited to the cases set forth herein.
